A space to slow down and listen deeply
An hour together, weaving somatic integration, Continuum Movement, inquiry and parts work. As a single session, or a series of three.

What a session is
My work is rooted in over 25 years of exploring healing, transformation, embodiment, and consciousness. I draw from my training in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Continuum Movement, process oriented psychology, somatic inquiry, parts work, attachment and developmental healing work, authentic relating, and years of supporting people through preparation and integration around profound life experiences, life transitions and ceremonial work.
Together, we explore what is alive in your system by cultivating a deeper relationship with the intelligence already present within you. Through somatic awareness, gentle inquiry, and compassionate curiosity, we begin to uncover the patterns, protections, beliefs, emotions, and embodied experiences that may be shaping your life beneath conscious awareness.
This work is a body-centered approach that helps bring awareness, understanding, and connection to the different aspects of ourselves that carry our wounds, adaptations, strengths, longings, and protective strategies. Rather than trying to get rid of parts of ourselves, we learn to meet them with curiosity and compassion, allowing greater coherence, freedom, and choice.
Each session is unique and guided by what is present in the moment and anchored in the deep intention we are working with. Depending on what is needed, our work may include somatic tracking, parts work, nervous system regulation, embodied inquiry, movement, breath, imagination, ritual, or simply creating enough safety and space for deeper truths to emerge.
"My role is not to provide answers or tell you who to be. I offer a grounded, compassionate space where your own inner wisdom can become more accessible."
Who comes to this work
People often come when they find themselves at a threshold: feeling stuck, navigating change, integrating significant experiences or life transitions, longing for greater authenticity, or sensing that there is something important within them waiting to be seen and heard.
Sessions can support you through:
- Preparation and integration around ceremony
- Life transitions and thresholds
- Relational challenges
- Nervous system regulation
- Creativity, and the longing to live from a more authentic and connected place
How it works
A connection call. Fifteen minutes on Zoom, free. We get to know each other, you tell me where you are, and I share how I work and what might support you.
A single session, or a series of three. Sessions are one hour, online. A series is held within about two and a half months, so the work stays alive between us, and is paid ahead.
Reciprocity. I'll share session rates on our call.
