I'm Robyn, a somatic facilitator and Continuum teacher in Nelson, BC, offering one-to-one sessions online, retreats on the land, and a year-long immersion.

Continuum
The practice underneath everything
Breathe, sound and slow movement that let the nervous system settle and the body's own intelligence come forward. Authorized to teach by Emilie Conrad in 2011. Classes and workshops are announced to the list first.
